FASTEST METHOD

Delete in the game

1. Open Worldscar while connected to the internet.
2. Open the menu, choose Start a New Warden, then choose Delete Current Warden.
3. Review the warning and confirm Permanently delete.

Worldscar only clears the device after the authenticated online deletion completes. If deletion fails or the device is offline, your local progress remains intact so you can reconnect and retry.

APP UNINSTALLED?

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@graylarkstudio.com with the subject Worldscar account deletion request. Include your Warden handle or friend code, if known, and the approximate date you last played. Do not send a password, precise location history, identity document, or other sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is needed to verify the request.

We may ask for limited additional account details to identify the correct pseudonymous account and prevent deletion of another player's data. We normally complete verified requests within one month, subject to any shorter or longer period required by applicable law.

DELETION SCOPE

What is deleted

A completed Worldscar account deletion removes or unlinks:

• the anonymous Firebase Authentication account and pseudonymous Warden profile;
• handles, friend codes, leaderboard entries, live presence, and shared party location;
• friend relationships, requests, invitations, party membership, and push notification tokens;
• party messages and co-op records attributable to the deleted account where they remain stored;
• local character, inventory, progress, discovered places, and settings when deletion is completed in the app.

Uninstalling generally removes app-local data from that device but does not itself submit an online deletion request. Use the email route above if the app has already been removed.

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Data that may be retained

We may retain deletion correspondence, minimal security or enforcement records, records required by law, and de-identified or aggregate information that no longer identifies your account. We retain only what is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute handling, or protection of players and the service, as described in the Worldscar Privacy Notice.
